I know I haven’t been as active on my blog, but that’s only because I want it to be perfect for you guys and it is a lot quicker to post on social media. Also, lately there seems to be so much sadness and chaos in the world and that has made it harder to come on here and talk about the exciting things going on in my life. It also feels somewhat trivial to talk about what the new item in my closet is or what I am liking at the moment when people are suffering. I am torn and although, humanitarian issues are very important to me and they will always be a part of my blog, I also want my blog to be a little bit of an escape. I know people look at my blog from all over the world and so if you truly want to see where I stand on issues that are affecting us today, you can check out my Instagram stories, but for the meantime my blog might be discussing more lifestyle content than politics.
